Shipping
Each piece is made to order.
Please allow up to 4–6 weeks for production.
Expedited production is available, please send us a message to arrange.
All orders ship via USPS. Once shipped, transit time is beyond our control.

Orders ship to the address provided.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply.
International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
If a package is refused and returned, shipping fees must be repaid for reshipment.
Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed international orders.
We are only shipping to Canada and Mexico at this time. Contact us to arrange shipping elsewhere.
Repairs
Repairs and adjustments services are always free, aside from shipping.
Contact us for clasp fixes, ring replacements, or sizing tweaks.
Materials
Items are 100% stainless steel, but occasionally we use aluminum rings for their light weight.
Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, water-safe, and tarnish-resistant.
Clean with soap and water.
